Return Policy – Modexxa

At Modexxa, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide premium-quality products with consistent support. This Return Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning products purchased through our official channels.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products must be returned along with the original invoice/bill of purchase.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, custom orders, discounted items, or perishables may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Modexxa reserves the right to exclude the following from its return policy:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Opened or tampered packages that compromise hygiene or safety standards.

  • Customized products tailored to specific requirements unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at support@modexxa.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order ID]”.

  2. Include the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Contact Number

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging (in case of damage/defect)

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days and provide return shipping instructions if eligible.

  4. Products must be shipped back to the address provided by our support team using a trackable courier service.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, Modexxa will bear the return shipping charges.

  • For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Control team will inspect it.

  • A return will be accepted only if it complies with the return eligibility criteria.

  • Customers will be notified via email upon approval or rejection of the return.

6. Refunds and Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be processed for a refund to the original payment method or a Modexxa store credit, as opted by the customer.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after return approval.

  • Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

Modexxa does not currently offer direct product exchanges. Customers are advised to initiate a return and place a new order separately.
