Note: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the product passes the inspection and meets our refund criteria:

  • A refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days.

Modexxa reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on product condition and policy compliance.
